Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

• During peak periods, promotions, holidays or periods of unusually high order volumes, processing times may be longer.

• Orders will only be dispatched after successful payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

We currently offer delivery within South Africa through our available courier services.

Free Shipping

Customers may qualify for free shipping on orders over R1,000, subject to the applicable shipping terms and exclusions displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.
